Gameplay: A Horror Song Combined with Four Difficulty Levels

FNF Verity is a rhythm game inspired by Friday Night Funkin', centered on the song It’s Me, It’s Verity released by Horror Skunx. The game takes you into a musical performance lasting about two minutes, combining arrow notes with a video illustrating Verity's story.

Verity originally appeared in ThatMob's Minecraft horror series, initially taking the form of a friendly yellow face before gradually revealing its suspicious nature. The shift from a cheerful appearance to an unsettling feeling is also a highlight of the song and the game's video.

Four Difficulty Levels in FNF Verity

Easy – 272 notes: Suitable for beginners. The arrow lanes remain in their original positions throughout the song, allowing you to focus on the timing of your key presses.
Normal – 360 notes: The arrow lanes begin to move at a moderate intensity. The arrows may bounce during the chorus, tilt on certain beats, and shake before the chorus begins.
Hard – 481 notes: Movement effects become more intense, requiring good observation and reflexes. On the menu, the spiral turns red, and Verity reveals its frightening teeth.
Encore – 507 notes: A more challenging version of Hard with 26 additional notes, marked by a cyan circle.

How to play

In FNF Verity, you need to press the corresponding arrow keys when the notes reach the correct positions on the screen. Pressing at the right time earns you points, while missing notes causes the health bar to decrease.
