FNF: My Funkin’ MSM Monsters is a Friday Night Funkin' mod inspired by the musical monster world of My Singing Monsters (MSM). Instead of facing familiar characters, Boyfriend will take part in musical performances with strange creatures, each with its own style and rhythm.

The game begins when Boyfriend and Girlfriend are suddenly pulled through a mysterious portal, taking them to the land of musical monsters. The creatures here are quite friendly but also confused by the arrival of two visitors from the human world. They realize that the portal summoning spell may have gone wrong and accidentally sent the couple to the wrong place.
