The Player's Journey to Achieve the Goal

In FNF Vs. Tricky v3: Clowned Out, you control Boyfriend and must progress through Tricky's Phases one by one. Each battle not only changes the opponent's appearance but also increases the challenge through speed, patterns, and special mechanics.

The first three songs are part of the Story Week called CLOWN. After that, players enter Expurgation, Tricky's final Phase. Besides Story Mode, Freeplay also includes Assault and the secret Tiky to discover.

Improbable Outset: Tricky is still wearing his mask and begins the confrontation with Boyfriend.
Madness: Tricky removes his mask, more signs appear across the Nevada stage, and the rhythm becomes faster.
Hellclown: Tricky transforms into a giant flaming skull, while Boyfriend is shrunk down to chibi size.
Expurgation: The final Phase with an Unfair difficulty, alongside the Erect version called Nightmare.
Assault: A Freeplay song created by Marc Cea, featuring a battle against a version of Tricky drawn by Tri-Dot.
Tiky: A secret song featuring the character Tiky with a burning background.

The first three songs have Easy, Normal, and Hard difficulties, along with Erect and Nightmare versions in their respective remixes. Assault and Tiky use Easy, Normal, and Hard.
